I am an over busy mother of one new baby boy and wife to a wonderful man. I work full time so I skip meals and snack way too often. I find exercise is something I want to do but rarely have time to do anything...any suggestions to make my weight loss goal of 60 lbs work for me?:big_smile:
Many of us are in the same boat as you, it is a matter priorities and making time. I personally get up early to exercise since that is the only time I have.
