Need a little help...

Hey everyone. :)

I'm a 16 year old kid, and while I'm not overweight (I don't even look out of shape), I have almost no endurance, and I'd like to tone my body a bit, and add some muscle to my chest and arms. So, basically, my question is this: What workouts are recommended for increasing endurance?

Look into circuit training.

hey! Yer circuit trainin iz gd, wen I do em I really feel rejeuvinated aftawardz! And also... lol, if ne1 else reads this, I need a few tips with my tummy muscles.. how can i tone them, and also my hips... bit too much fatty tissue on em! lol so if ne1 can help id be really grateful!! tar, S xx
