I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN LIFTING WEIGHTS SINCE I WAS A FRESHMEN I HIGHSCHOOL. I AM NOW A SOPHOMORE IN COLLEGE. I WEIGHED AROUND 150 GRADUATING HIGHSCHOOL AND NOW IM AROUND 165. THE ONLY SUPPLEMENTS THAT I HAVE TRIED HAVE BEEN NITRIX AND NITRO-TECH. SAW MODERATE RESULTS WITH NITRIX BUT NOTHING WITH NITRO-TECH. BASICALLY IM LOOKING TO PUT ON ANYWHRE FROM 20 TO 30 POUNDS THATS WHY IVE PURCHASED 1AD BECAUSE IVE HEARD IT WORKS FAST. WHATS THE BEST SUPLEMENT TO STACK IT WITH AND HOW SHOULD I CYCLE IT (120) PILLS. I KNOW ITS NOT EASY JUST LOOKING FOR THE FASTEST WAY TO GET BIGGER FOR A REASONABLE COST

it varies not really on any specific diet. i was told that a gram of protien per pound you weigh is what you should take in per day. i dont know if there is ne truth to this. what are some good diets to blow up fast while on 1ad. i have no problem with putting on a little fat if necessary
