welcome to Ft

sign up for the home workout programme here.
you can't spot reduce fat, you overall bodyfat needs to drop to show those muscles.
have a clean diet, work out and you will be on your way to looking like the rock

good luck

It is a controversial issue, if you eat before or after cardio workouts. There have been many threads on this. I tend to agree with the people that say eat before. This is because if you don't eat before you have no energy to fuel the workout. Yes you are going to burn a lot of calories, but not all of it is going to be fat. Some of it is going to be muscle, which you want to avoid, especially since you have no weights right now. You want to keep and build on the muscle that you have, not burn it away, because the muscle that you have the more calories you burn throughout the day. So do a search on the FitBuddy on this issue, and make your own decision, there has been a lot said on both sides. A great cardio workout to do to burn fat is HIIT. This is an intense interval training. There is a lot on this also, so do a search on this also.

thanks for the information , i read u on the HIIT, decided to give it a try and OMG what a intense work out , i have a older bike at home semi new but only had turn tab to smake riding little harder and i started at 1 made way to 5 then back down and repeat and worked great, i am wiped but Dam i feel great,
Now i think i will do that 3 days aweek and through in crunches on my off days to start... and slowly work my way up then soon i will hit the gym when i am feeling good and notice some weight being lifted off me, with the cardio and diet...

Good Luck. It is great that you have decided to get on the road towards fitness. Also it is a great decision that you decided to ease into it, and not go all gung-ho about it, and burn out a month later.
