I was just wondering if there were any foods out there that are high in Protein yet low in carbohydrates and low in Fats and saturated fats?? Thanks

yeah, theirs boneless skinless chicken breast, Tuna packed in water, egg whites, cottage cheese, fat free cheese, and there are more but those are some that popped up in my mind just right now. oh yeah a really great source of protein that's very low in fat and has no carbs if eaten without the fattening sauces and stuff is Shrimp! What are your goals by the way?
