can't seem to eat enough

Hi im trying to gain mas, and have been eating as 6 meals aday. but when i add up my intake its no way near what i need.

my diet is
0730 1 serving of why protein powder shake mad with 2% fat organic milk.
0800 1 cup of Total Cereal, 2 cups of 2% fat organic milk. 2 slices of 12 grain toast and 2 egg omlete.
1100 protein shake
1400 1 packet of tuna in water, healthy choice soup, 2 tangerees, 1 low fat yoghart.
1700 protein shake
2100 chicken breast or steak. 2 types of veg usually brocolli and potatoes. salad made of spring mix, tomatoes, cucumber sunflower seeds, feta cheese. with fat free itailian dressing and balsamic viniger.

Does this sound like a good plan or no, cause when i add everything up it seems lacking, but its all i can do to eat it without feeling like im going to throw up. (wasn't a big eater before) any surgestions as to how i should change it??

Add in some more healthy fats, likes nuts/peanut butter. Use olive oil as a dressing for your salad.I think you can also add flax seed oil to your shakes, as another way to increase your calorie intake.

brekfast: increase the eggs to 4 egg whites
11.00: protein shake + 1 cup oats + some raisings
14.00: 2 packet tuna...
17.00: protein shake + tuna/turkey/beef sadwish + apple


personnaly, i will recommend to had more complex cars as potatoes and beans ... to all meals.
also, dont take protein shakes during the day man, the only time you need shakes are psot workout. otherwise, make a nice meal.

as princesslogdey said, where are your fat?
need from 60-90g of fat per day depending on your caloric intake. eat a lot of nuts: like 10-15 almonds each meal, as an exmaple. thats more or less 10-15g of fats per meal.
but this is an example: need to eat peanuts, almods, cashews, walnuts,... you name it.
you can also have a tbsp of canola oil, olive oil,... thats about 14f of fat.

I THINK YOU ARE EATING LIKE A GIRL, WANT TO EAT BIG? EAT BIG...add more complex nutrieints to your diet man. have several glss of milk, this will help you ahieve your goals.
