read the labels - high fiber ones are usually what is recommended (oh & low sugar is another thing to look for)

Oatmeal is talked about alot on this board

Raisan Bran is extremely high in sugar, even though it is high in fiber I would not use this. I like to eat Total Protein. It has like 15 total carbohydrates, and 13 grams of protein. With milk this is like 25 total grams of protein, great start to the day. Also oatmeal is a great breakfast.

Cereal is the most overrated breakfast ever.

Drop your cereal and eat (you guessed it) oatmeal instead. Rolled oats are best, but quick oats are more convienent. Way more nutrional fiber, carbs, almost no refined sugars, its just way better then any cereal you can eat. I would say it is better for fat loss too.
