I read a while back about bb1 and "loading up" on glutamine & BCAA's in the morning on an empty stomach, doing cardio for an hour, then waiting an hour to eat, because this forces the body to burn fat. Is there truth to this tale?

Also, does "loading up" mean taking more than the recommended serving size?
