hi I stumbled on this site on google... ive been outa shape since i was like age 10 ... i weigh about 262 lbs. and am 5'10"
i would like to be fit because itll be nice to be leaner and thiner i know theres so pros out there any good ideas foods and workouts except what they got for me...so far im liking the site smd hope to stay on here and not lose trak till i lose a crazy target goal of 160-180 lbs.
