ok. im 5'5, and 138 pounds, im trying to lose about 6 or 7 more pounds, but my main goal is to get solid definition and tone up. i workout 5 days a week, 40 min cardio and light weight lifting, working different muscle groups everyday. i started eating like this about 3 weeks ago, ive seen a change in my body, but not in weight, if anything, my weight has gone up a pound or two! im CONSTANTLY hungry, but i dont want to eat too much. this is my diet...
Breakfast 8am - Oatmeal or Granola cereal
10am - protien shake
Lunch 12pm - 1 can of tuna & a salad w/ low fat dressing
3pm - protien bar
Dinner 6pm - chicken breast with mixed veggies
then if im hungry after dinner, ill have a handful of nuts or some reduced fat crackers

i need advice...what should i change???

More protein at breakfast, some rice or whole wheat bread at lunch, a sweet potato at dinner, cottage cheese with walnuts before bed.
Lift heavier weights, do less cardio and stay off the scale, go by how you look (pictures every few weeks) and measurements.

What matters is that you continue on.

Thanks asimmer! Anyone else who can add to that, please do!
I also wanted to ask you...do you recommend any brand of protien bar (one that tastes decent) that i should be eating that would be appropriate for my goals? I eat my bars around 3:00 in the afternoon...I ate Nitro/Meso tech for awhile until got sick of em, now ive been eating Pure Protien bars.

try eating more often every 2-3 hours small meals. from looks of your meal plan it seems your nor eating enough. Usually when people decide they want to loose wight they cut there calories too drastically causing your body to hold on to fat. split your cardio and weight training on seperate days or seperate them by atleast 6 hours if your going to do them on the same day. I would only use the protein bars if your in a pinch, try to get some good whole foods in you like some tuna and wheat bread or along those lines. other than that what asimmer said.
