hello!!i started joining gym two month ago,i do cardio with hiit twice per week.and go to gym 4 days per week.
my diet menu:
7AM:oat bran cereal with low fat milk
4 egg white
10AM:one small fish,an apple
12.30PM:chicken breast,broccoli
4.30PM:half can of tuna in water,a handful of chick peas
one banana,one orange
7.30PM:chicken breast,some vegetables,one small fish
my problem is i have been eating this diet plan for two month,but nothing change in my weight.that is still a big fat covering my stomach.WHY???

You need at least 2250 calories a day. If you are trying to lose the fat, you must increase your calories.
From what you posted, looks like you need more good fats and complex carbs.
