Hi, I am a 19 year old female. I weight 125. A few months ago, I weighed 100 pounds. I just recently moved out to NY with my boyfriend. The company he works for pays for our food, and we are living in a hotel for a few months. This has caused me to gain all this weight. Eating out everyday. I have been getting salads everytime we order food and I have been running everyday. Does anyone have any ideas of what kind of foods I should buy at the grocery store to help me prevent gaining any more weight? Thanks.

There is a post in the diet and nutrition section called 'grocery list for a bodybuilder.' Check it out... lots of great items there....

I really like the south beach diet, it has helped me and it is not hard to fix the food for others either. My boyfriend does not mind the food at all. Just look for the books I think the cheapest I found was at Walmart.
