Hi to all....I'm new to FT...found it whilst doing a google search on exercise to increase lean muscle mass. My new year goal is to lose 25lbs. So i am starting on my new FT-devised exercise plan on monday. Currently i am 5'7'' and 154lbs. I used to be 126lbs, would ideally like to be 133lbs. My weight increase came about through abandoning my usual gym-going ways in favour of passing med school finals and being very stressed and a little depressed during my first year of work so eating unhealthily. Now it is time for change...and I am SO EXCITED to start on monday and to find a place where I can share my sucess and failure with other people and get some advice too!
So hello to you all and I will post how my first week goes!
