Is Tofu as good for you as it seems when you read about it? If so, I'll have to incorporate it into my diet...

I stay away from it, loaded with soy protein. In fact it is
extracted from fresh soybeans.

There are conflicting studies to date, but many of them hint that soy is a promoter of estrogen, the exact opposite of what we want. I personally avoid it like the plague.

What are some other good dietary sources of the vitamins, proteins and such (calcium, etc) that tofu is supposed to have?

Ron, is the estrogen true of all soy or just tofu?
