hello

what kind of carbs sugar belongs to?? what's the difference between the sugar we normally eat and lets say amilan (plants) ?

normal sugar spikes up insulin level...and affect blood glucose levels...alcohol sugars for example have negligle effects


Amilan is an adhesive or part in plastics....are you sure this is the right word?

not looking forward to eating plastic :)

i probably got it wrong. what i meant is a sugar usually found in plants. i was just tryn to recall the term i've learned in highschool in my biology class, time ago.
