if you are trying to put on some mass should you stop cardio alltogher for a while

well, you should reduce it. Maybe once or twice a week.

I choose to for the simple fact that my metabolism is so high. But for people who have slow metabolism I wouldn't recommend that because they will put on alot of fat. You want to put on muscle with a little fat. Experiment till you find the right balance for yourself. Maybe 2x a week for 20 minutes or so. Just try different things.

No don't stop doing cardio but as the guys say, just reduce the amount of it (your heart still need it).
Twice a week for 20-30 min should be okey.

As the last post says, just reduce the amount. The health benefits far outweigh any minor gain you may make from total elimination.
