hey,i am a 20 year old male and i have lost about 20 kgs over the last year .now i am 5'10 68kg and now i have people coming up to me and saying you look very weak..look at how small your face has become etc. well i too now am feeling i have lost a bit more weight..is there any way i can put back a little weight on the face ?will body building help, like broadening of shoulders,biceps..i mean can any person build body or is it that only certain types of people can build some muscle?
i never thought i did ask this question..when i was fat all i prayed was for to become thin and now...

It may just be the mind-set of the other people around you. They are used to seeing you heavier, and having to change their perception of you isn't working. If you want to start weight training to put some back on, yeah...you'll gain weight back in your face. But, do it carefully...and read the stuff here. I am not as qualified as others here to answer your questions, but good luck.
