Looking for Something to Give Me Energy

Hi everyone,
At the moment I'm looking for something which will give me a boost of energy prior to my hockey games and was wondering what reccomendations you all might have in terms of supplements or food which might do this for me. Specifically it'd be nice to find one without caffine (which I generally don't respond well to) and one which won't make me crash afterwards.

Have a good bowl of oatmeal about 1 hr before you play.
Nothing like real food!
