Now more than ever bodybuilders are realizing that nutrition is the fondation on any succsesfal workout program, but when i ask then what do you eat before you go to the gym, the anser is allways the same, "nothing" a lot of people think tha the way to lose weight of bring those BF levels done is to eat less but you could'nt be more wrong, when you dont eat as much the body will look else where for that enargy and that place is your muscles. so eat a good 4 large meals a day and 2 smaller meals, the most inportant meal of these is your post workout meal.
