I cant get my diet on the nutrition planner right, I've realised that after entering my daily diet as a test for one of the days(Im beginning at the start of next month to plot a months nutrition :) )Im nowhere near the guidelines for Carbs and Fats and generally the Calories required for my goals! Th only reason my protein is on target is because of the Shakes I supplement my diet with.
A usual day would consist of:
Brekky - Either; 1/2 cup oats, banana, strawberries and natural yoghurt blended with Ice or 3 x Scrambled eggs on toasted whole-wheat bread with a little Margerine.
Dinner would be something like; Tinned Salmon and boiled rice (1 cup) + 1 cup each of 2-3 veg like carrots, green beans or Brocc/Cauli. Or Chopped grilled chicken breast on Pita bread with mixed salad and a lil Olive oil.
Evening Meal would be either Fillet Steak or Pork for example, grilled with boiled potatos/Baked Potato and mixed veg (1 cup of 2-3 as with dinner)
Between brekky and dinner would be a protein shake as would there be either between dinner and evening meal (non-workout days) or after the workout on workout days.
I need to go for about 3500 cals on my planner but I can only manage about 2100 approx!!! I dont know if im entering the wrong foods but they seem to be the ones Im eating. I do allow myself as well one day a week the odd treat as well.
My goal is to tone up and lose a little fat I have on my mids and bottom of my chest etc, I know you cant spot burn fat but this is where it seems to accumulate on me.
Any help on this one would be appreciated :)

You are not eating frequently enough. You should be consuming some type of quality meal every 3 waking hours.
You need much more fiber and fats in your diet.

A great way to get fiber is to eat beans. (black beans, pinto beans, kidney beans, etc.) A good source for healthy fats is nuts. I think almonds are the best ones. Make sure you get raw nuts though, the ones in the cans are loaded with salt that make you eat a lot more than you need.
