Just got a simple question. I noticed (or at least I think this is the case) that when I input what I have worked out such as push-ups, curls, dips, squats, etc. and put in no weight when I got to the fitness tracker that it doesn't I can't select if I didn't put a weight in I believe. I am on the home workout since here at home I have got much of anything except a dumbell etc. I am using my resources when working out at home. So after I finished my exercise all I was able to click was on biceps because I entered the weight of the dumbell that I used. I was wondering do i have to input the weight used on something like push-ups? I would like to use the fitness tracker to see any progress made but it isn't working or I am doing something wrong. So if I am doing something wrong please points it out, and if not what should I do. Also is there a weight of something I should put in for push-ups, home squats, etc. Something like bodyweight. I don't know. A little help would be appreciated.
