i'm 15 but should i change my work out routine during my hockey season its pretty much filled w/ practice and games but i think working out w/ my regualr routine makes me more sore at practice. am i just imagining this?

In season training should be prescribed by your team's management. Check with your trainer/coach. It's important do do light intensity cardio after a game, like stationary bike for 10 min, this isfor the vascular system.

Bantim during the in-season the focus in weight lifting shifts from progressing in weights/strength/muscle to simply keeping the gains you made in the off-season....when you try to progress in weight training during your season...you're putting way too much stress on your body....you need to plan lots of time for recovery from your team workouts/practices and games....
