Well for the last six weeks I have been lifting for football next year and I have been basically going on a bulking diet. I have worked my way upto almost 3500 calories a day, and my strength gains have been phenominal. However, as I play Wide Reciever/Corner Back I have to be incredibly fast. That of course means losing some weight. Now I don't want to stop gaining strength as I want to get to atleast a 250 pound bench and a 400 pound Squat by September and I getting really close to that. My question is, if I cut down on the amount of calories and carbs I take in but still intake over 200 grams of protein, will I still be able to make strength gains while losing weight at the same time? Or will I have to sacrifice strength gains for three or four weeks while losing weight?

You can make strength gains, however the mass and size gains will slow down. You may loose a lil strength....however nothing major I would think.

Well for example in the last six weeks I gained around 75 pounds on my Squat, would I still be able to make a gain of 50+ pounds in the next 6 weeks if say I am trying to lose weight for four of those six weeks? Right now I don't care much about bulking or mass, but I am more interested in getting lighter and faster. As long as strength doesn't slow down I am fine with less mass gains.

I'm talking about 50 pounds on my Squat which goes up a lot, and I am just a beginner to weightlifting (I just started seriously lifting 6 weeks ago) so my gains should be really high, really fast.

Haha, alrite let me clarify. My goals by September are 400 lb Squat and 250 Bench, however since this is just the first couple of months of seriously lifting weights for me I am expecting my gains to be big for atleast a couple months. That is why I am expecting 50+ lbs in 6 weeks. For example last 6 weeks I gained 75 pounds on my Squat. Now my question is would I be able to gain another 50 pounds on my Squat, while going on a calorie deficit while maintaining the same protein intake. Or would my strength gains be compromised with my focus on weight loss?

During the wrestling season, LOTS of weight is lossed. A lot of the kids on our team get a lot weaker because there cutting weight. However, especially this year because I am dieting the right way, I usually get stronger. I have lost 15 pounds (im 132 right now, down from ab 145, so im skinny to begin with) and im still getting stronger. You will see compromises in mass, but if you lose weight slowly and healthy, you should be able to continue getting stronger. Just try to aim for a 1-2% bodyweight loss per week, and eat healthy and at the right times.
