This is a simple question that probably has a simple answer but just can't think clearly right now. I have implemented simple carbs (dex/malto) into my post-workout shake, but I was just wondering how you guys measure the amounts you put in. Can you use the scoop from your protein powder? Ex. I get 27g protein per 30g scoop, so will that scoop also give me 30g dextrose when i use it? I just get the feeling the sugar might be more dense or something. Any insight would be appreciated.

I bought some small measuring cups with tablespoons and teaspoons. Those measure the dex and malto exactly

make a table of 3.
see nutrition facts and see one serving´s size.
if per 100g there are 95g of detox,
then in 30g(one scoop) has more or less 28g

I bought a little scale at Office Max or Office Depot or some such place. I use it in my studio for mold making to measure stuff, and also to measure out my shake stuff. It has grams and ounces on it. I think I paid $12 for it.
