I drink alot of just plain unsweetened iced tea. No sugar at all... just tea and water. Now it is not decaf. My question is... is this bad? I still drink water but half of what I drink on any given day is the tea. Any opinions or facts?

I'm going to make a guess that it's black tea? I wouldn't think there's anything wrong with unsweetened iced tea due to the fact that it's basically flavored water. How are you making the tea?..powder...soaking your own tea bags? I'd say seaping a tea bag in hot water then adding ice would be the best way to go about it. hope that helps a little.

It is actually orange pekoe tea which is the basic tea made by lipton and red diamond (those brands may only be in the south). I just boil the tea bags, add water, and shill in frig.

I think orange pekoe is a variety of black tea. Not that there is anything wrong with black tea. Tea will normally have 1/3 less the caffiene of coffee so its pretty safe to say that won't hurt you.

Black tea is supposed to have some health benifits too, though they are different then what a green tea would provide.
