hey every1 i dont got a good diet yet but im 135lbs and i dont know what to eat but here what i came up with see if good
Morning - Eggs,Bacon,toasted & cup of Milk
12:00 - Ramen Noodles or Tuna & bottle water
4:00 - fish & bottle of water
8:00 - some kind of fruit or a ham sandwich
12:00 - few BLT's or egg sandwich's before bed

Well, I am assuming that you are wanting to bulk up based on your profile, but I would think you need to eat more frequently, ever 2-3 hours, and deffinately eat more. You don't have any veggies at all. Check out the Bodybuilders Grocery List in the Specific Diets and Nutrition Forum for good foods to eat.

yea i wanna bulk up for 6 - 8 weeks then cut for 6 - 8 weeks

then if you want to bulk, got to eat 7-8 meals daily
more or less 400-500 cals each meal, for you.
DEFINETLY more protein and complex carbs, as well as good fats.

how about this does this look good

2:00pm - carrots & that dip i forgot what it called lol & bottle water
4:00 - fish or whatever the dinner goin to be & bottle of water

need to eat mroe often... LOL
how many eggs? 4-6 egg whites
how many tuna? 2 cans
NO PROTEIN IN 2.00pm MEAL?
how many fish? at least two big slices
ham sandwish? go turkey sandwish with 6 slices opf turkey + on glass milk
and, where is you fat?
why dont you count the grams of protein/cabrs/fat you eating daily. this will be a better start. remember that you need to eat at least 1fg of protein per pound of bodywight for muscle building. are you eating this?
need fat too and add some more complex carbs as potatoes, beans (red, blakc....), look out the bodybuilder´s grocery list from BB1, there is all you need to know about good nutriens.

i did look at bodybuilder´s grocery list but i dont really like any of it so..that why im askin for some help on foods to eat that isnt on the list and what foods has more protein in it?
