I'm 15 and found this site and set up a program I just want to get a little muscle and i'm 132 LBS and 5' 11'. Is it that important for me to diet to show results. If so could you suggest a plan i'm a little confused of what diet program I should pick. Thank you everyone i'm really excited to start my program.

Diet is 90% of what you do. You spend maybe one hour in the gym. Diet determines what you get out of the time you spend in there.

You don't need to "diet" you need a healthy diet.

But to be honestly just starting out, you will see results regardless. However after a certain amount of time, cheese burgers, doretos and cookies won't fuel you anymore.

You don't need a "diet" like peopel say "I need to go on a "diet" to loose weight"........thats a bad use of the word.

A true diet is a life style change, where you eat healthy......like wheat breads, lean meats....no fast foods...lots of veggies and healthy startches. Thats what a real diet is.......not somthing you do for 6 weeks to loose weight then go back to old eating ways.
