I'm 15 Male and found this site and set up a program I just want to get a some muscle and biger and i'm 132 LBS and 5' 11'. Is it that important for me to diet to show results. If so could you suggest a plan i'm a little confused of what diet program I should pick. Thank you everyone i'm really excited to start my program.
As a 15 year old, you probably have a pretty fast metabolism. However, being healthier is very benificial especially if you pick up some habits. And your results skyrocket compared to working out with no eating plan.
