I am on the progressive gains program and do one muscle group each day 5 days a week. Good results by the way. Sore all the time!! The program has me doing different things every time. For example, chest day one week will be bench press, flies and dips, and the next week will be dumbell incline press, dumbell flat press and incline flies. My question is, should I be doing different things like this every week or stick with the same "chest day" for a month and then change it up. Thanks

I believe its doing that so your body can't adapt to it. When your body starts adapting, you stop growing.

opps another things,
theres good adaptataion, ie muscle getting bigger to adapt to the weight and reps.
then theres bad adaptation when your body stops growing cause its "used to" that stimilus...make sense?
