Does any one find that when you train like this:

Monday - chest and biceps
Wednesday - Legs and shoulders
Friday - Back and triceps

These are the types of program used for bulking up but does anyone find they hate the feling of only working one muscle group a week or does it really work.

I use that split, seem alright, give you some time to do cardio as well, bun since you are looking to bulk, you wouldnt care about cardio

It works fine, though you'll probably want to switch up splits/exercises/reps every four weeks or so. You'll see that many of your exercises that work chest and back also secondarily work your triceps and biceps, respectively, and vice versa.

I have been using that kind of split for years. If ind now that during each workout I use so much up that my body is not ready to lift for that part again until at least 5 days has passed.

i think for bulking there are not specific exercises.
what determines you are bulking or your cutting, is your diet: eat more than burn = bulking
eat less than you BMR = cutting
