Is there an easier way to consume breakfast calories than eationg them? This sounds stupid, I know. What I mean is, a nutritious diet consists of a certain amount of calories from healthy sources, epecially when you're going for body develpoment.
I drink protein shakes with whey powder, soy milk, oats and natural peanut butter- easy source of protein, good fat and carbs. I don't have to eat oatmeal, i can drink it. great.
I drink orange juice with banana and frozen strawberries- easy source of fruit. i don't have to eat fruit, I can drink it.
I juice vegetables into a disgusting concoction- easy source of vegetables (juiced veggies do count as servings of vegetables, right?) I don't have to eat all these veggies, i can drink them.

I usually have an egg white omelette in the morning, but find it bothersome and time consuming to do every morning. yet I need the calories and protein early, so is there any way to turn breakfast into a drinkable concoction to save time?

Does your morning shake have to include "breakfast foods" like eggs, etc? When I'm running late in the morning, I usually just make one of my nighttime shakes in the blender and run:

16oz water
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
15gr whey isolate
2tbsp natural peanut butter

Meal replacement shakes are good for drinking in the morning.

wouldn't a liquid meal digest quicker than a whole food meal thus making you hungry more quickly?
