I picked up some almond butter today from a local organic store and it was there brand so it wasn't in a jar or anything anyway i was just wondering if all almond butter has the same nutritional value.

Making nice checks, first 4 hours are time and a half, anything after is double time. May not live to spend it, but oh well...LOL...no, not taking time off. Lifts are down a bit from lack of rest, but doing enough to maintain till this is over. -------------- If you don't stand for something, you will fall for anything.... bb1fit@freetrainers.com |

I am curious Justin what the Almond Butter tasted like. I am a huge fan of peanut butter and eat the stuff like its going out of style, but have been eyeing the Almond butter for the past couple of weeks, wondering.
Maybe I should just stop wondering and buy a jar, but holy hell that stuff is expensive. -------------- Lift. Eat. Rest. Gain. ~Brad~ |

I am just the same as Borpillicus, I love peanut butter and I haven't tried almond butter yet. How is it? I know bb1fit likes it, I'd just like a second opinion. How expensive is it? I bought some soy nut butter and it was 5 dollars a jar.

It can be expensive but it's worth every penny, puts peanut butter to shame if you ask me. Most places i go usually don't have it in stock because it sells out quite quickly so i usually try to go when they get there shipments in. it tastes just like a bunch of almonds crunched up. just imagine chewing a mouthfull of almonds.
