heya guys, im new to this forum and just wanted to see if any out there can help us out :)
i been going to gym at least 5 days a week for about 4 months now, just starting to bulk up, i need a good exercise program that i can follow because im doing the same thing and its getting boring, anyone got any links to some sites that would have a program or could anyone write one there self?

How many times have you changed your program within the 4 months so far, i find changing your program every 6 weeks is a good routine as your body keeps changing and stuns it into growth more.

i change my program every 8 weeks and i find it very beneficial. sometimes i make my own routine, sometimes i use the ft programs. from experience, i will tell you that the ft programs work very well. give one a shot.
