I'm 5'4 1/2, 129lbs and somewhat sedentary. I began dieting in August 2004, when I topped about 144lbs and was a size 9/11. I'm a 7 now. My previous diet consisted of no breakfast, mcdonalds for lunch and wendys for dinner. Sure enough, I went from 120 to 144. I was always fatigued as well! Now, my calories are at 1500-1700 per day. Typical day:

breakfast (a banana, avocado & toast + a coffee)
lunch (1 cup spaghetti with sauce, or a soup and sandwich)
dinner (4oz shrimp, broccoli, onion +peppers)

More or less like this. I've got lots of new energy and it's been great! I know it would be nicer to space out meals over time BUT I am a nursing student and am not allowed to bring food into a class/hospital.

thanks for the input.

you need to eat more, 5-6 small meals. whole bread and whole wheat pasta. check the bodybuilders grocery list and shop from there.
