When lifting heaviy and your heart rate speeds up, how long should you wait befor you start to lift after its slowed down? I tend to wait around the 60 to 90 second mark.
Actually it all depends on your goals.
Most trainees will wait untill the HR is 60% or below before starting their next set. Time is also used but again, it depends on goals.
