When training two or more muscles at once, ( lets say youre training youre biceps and triceps) to pound your muscles into better growth would you want to go bicep excercise then tricep excercise, or just do all excercises for one muscle then do all excercises for the next?

It is probably a better idea to split them up, so that way you get a good pump from your bi's and tri's instead of resting for about 2-3 minutes to hit the opposite muscle. For example, if you do tricep extensions, and then rest, and then do curls, then it's going to be quite a while until you hit the Triceps again. Getting the pump in the muscles I in my opinion will stimulate greater gains.

Stick with compound exercises to get maximum benefit.
