Hello Everyone. I just have a quick question...
If you view the excercise plan for a certain week, it says which muscle group, excercise, number of reps, actual, and weight.
I just need to know what it means when it says actual and weight. Weight to me could mean the weight that you benched, or the current weight that you are. Thank you!

Welcome to FT!
Many people are confused by that. It's asking for the weight that you use, not your body weight. This also applies to the push ups, leave the weight blank unless you are actually using weights.

Ok. And I am guessing that actual means the actual amount of reps you did. Well, thank you for answering that for me!
