I got my hands on one of Arnold's supersetting routines and i gave it a try...and i loved the intensity and the exercises! after each session, my shirt was so wet of sweat it was like i had jumped in a pool of water..and that, only from the weights.
and my question that i need some input on: with the 8 week mass program, i want to superset the exercises. does that sound good?

my question also goes for the 12 week mass program ( supersetting the exercises)

Supersetting is good, but if you are looking for real big muscle mass then you need to take quite heavy and I'll suggest you to let your muscles rest in between the sets.

Supersetting is still very good, but just don't do it every week.
