i broke my arm 1 month ago how long before i should start training

I broke my wrist 6 months ago. I had pins in there and all. I still did lots of heavy leg workouts and worked out my left side of my body (the none broken side). There is research saying that if you workout one side of your body, then the other side will grow too.

this actually seemed to work to some extend. I waited about two months after I broke my wrist before actually doing a real workout on my broken wrist (doing arms and chest, back, shoulders).

Be sure to start very slowly and do less weight at first. You don't want to go back to square one. It took me a few weeks to get my strengh back, but within a few months, I was back to normal and I actually was a bit ahead with muscle size since I had to be more carefull and concentrate more on my muscle and being carefull, then going for strenght.

Good luck with your arm. I know how frustrating it can be to not being able to do a real workout.
