Hey all. My name is Ron im from florida. I joined this because im in need of help getting back in shape. I was a gunner on a abrams tank in the US Army a few years ago untill I hurt my back and was medicaly discharged. I've had 3 back operations where they removed my 2 lower disks. My last operation was jan 6th '05 and it hasnt felt this good since befor I hurt it. Im 6ft 250 lbs. I spent most of the past 2 years in a bed. I really want to drop my fat and was looking into hydroxycut or xenadrine. Im looking for all help really. a diet, workout plan and any suplements you think would help. My doctor has cleared me to do whatever I want as long as I can tolerate the pain. It should be to much of a problem, ive always had a high tolerance for pain. I mean I pasted 2 army PT test with scores over 280(300 was max). SO again, hello and I welcome everyones opinions. Thanks for your time.

Welcome to freetrainers and glad your starting to feel better.
If your doc cleared you I would suggest a begginner program from the site, or a gym where you might have a PT available to give you the right exercises for your condition.
As far as the diet , start eating healthy foods, and forget the HC and Xen. Especially if you are on any meds.
Good luck.

Hey Ron. Welcome aboard. Diet is your foundation right now...eat clean and healthy...stick with it for a while before you start dropping a fortune on supps.

Good luck to you.

Thanks all. Im new to this and I have no idea what diet I should try. All I drink is water and I dont eat fastfood or junk food. My portions of what I do eat at home are normal. I eat 2 or 3 times a day almost always heathy yet i cant get below 245 lbs. I am getting more active now so I know that will help alot. 2 years ago after my 2nd operation I took xenadrine and it worked great. but the one I took they don't make anymore. So I wanted to get your opinions on witch diet suplement you all think will work the best. I need to lose like 25 lbs befor I can start running and working out again. With the weight I have on know and only being 5 weeks after my 3rd operation its to much to ask my back if you know what I mean.
