New member here. Looking to feel better about myself, get in better health and better shape. For years I have known I needed to do something about my weight, but only now have I realy felt that i NEEDED to do something. I want to look better and feel better.
Need to build my stamina too, as that has always been a problem of mine.
Working 10 hours and a day and having a 2 year old daughter doesnt help in the time to workout department and its easy to grab a snack at work when you are so busy, so I really need all the help and motivation i can get.
Just wanted to say hi to everyone and good luck to all the newbies like me.
