Hello all I just joined this site today and im not even sure if i filled my profile out right hopefully someone here can help me
First of I am 26 mother of 2 that has NEVER not once worked out before...I am 5'3 130 pounds
My problem is i am a little top heavy I need to work on that area under my arms by abs, and (sighs) I have a roll on my back however my lower body is very thin
what do i do to get mass in my lower body (glutes,thighs) and tone and trim my upper body (abs,arms and back)
I just joined a gym but the instructer their keeps telling me about yoga...so now im here I tried to fill out the profile but i got stuck on gain mass or loose weight i want to do both..i think :(lol HELP
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated:)
Click on the fitness resources button, and then I would suggest looking into the "lean mass and definition" program. Believe that would fit your needs nicely.
