this week i tried doing something new in order to give my muscle more rest. rather than go 5x a week i tried to cut it back to 4 I did shoulders day 1 then legs day 2 then back/bi chest/tri. on day 3 and 4 respectivly. I would do a back exercise then after finishing that i would do a bicept exercise then go back to doing back then bicepts...etc
only i feel as though my bicepts got a better workout than my back did. Should i do chest/back/arms all separatly??
i really didn't "feel the pain" the following days later..
