Hi everybody, I know a bit about body building, and I have been reading about eating certain foods to raise one t-levels naturally, I was just wondering what kinds of recipes anyone may have that incorporates a significant amount of monounsaturated fats to help do the trick. Thanks!

if im not mistaking i think nuts, and seeds? I think...correct me if im wrong..

seeds and nuts? you sure? i know nuts are high in protein, but seeds and nuts increasing testosterone levels, im not sure about that one.
