What do you guys think of this? Ive just started using it 4 weeks ago and Ive improved my bench max by 20 pounds seems to be working well for me :)
on a side note: whenever i upload my pictures nothing happens even after a few weeks....Im almost positive im doing it right im no computer newb (;

What is your training experience? Anything will work for a while, but not forever. Change things up if you want to continue to progress. There are as many ways to train as you can count. Use a variety for max gains.

ive been generally changing my routine whenever i plateau or every 8 weeks or so. I was more wondering if you fellas liked HIT, I go twice a week and seems to work well! I dont know if its better then going 4-5 times a week.

Unfortunately, it has been proven that multiple sets and reps is more likely a key to growth. HIT may well make you a bit stronger, and in the beginning, anything will make you grow, but......

well I think after a few weeks I'll try arnold's routine go 6 days a week, see which helps me the most.

LOL....just saw this post again. For a quick answer, HIT in its own right is a good program. But as a total training scheme it is not. Things need to be varied. There are different muscle fibers, there are different angles to hit the muscles from, etc. No one rep scheme can do this. It takes multiple sets with multiple reps to accomplish this. Remeber, Mike Mentzer had already acheived his physique when he came up with this. I remember him well. Quick answer, and in the end the choice is yours. But do not rely on this one type of training to build the physique you desire, experience is a good teacher. :big_smile:
