I have pain in my wrist/forearm area, think from doing reverse curls, guess i overdid myself. I had like 3 days rest from the gym all together, pain feels like when you get shin splints from running. Think i can go back to the gym and just work through the pain? im defineatley gonna stop doing reverse curls for atleat another week. so anyone have experience with anything like this, anyone have advice?

Yeah, I get tendonitis in my forearms and wrist areas all the time. It is normally from having such a tight grip on the curl bar with heavy weight. Another thing that probably gives it to me more than anything I found is heavy Lat pull downs. Going real heavy, the tendency is to grip really tight and it puts much stress on the forearms. You may try wrist straps. They have really helped me. I was at the point where I couldn't even flex my bicep! Advil, 800mg., and rubbing that Blue Ice on it really made it bearable, then rest, and all is well again. Best of luck.
