Hi,

My creatine is nearly finished. I'm to use it for 2 months, then sto 2 months and take it back, yes? Now it's 1.5 months and I'm short of cash to get a new bottle. So, can I replace creatine with glutamine? I take glu every night before bed. Creatine on mornings on rest days and after protein on work out days. Can glu come in these periods? Or should I just not replace it with anything?
Thanks.

Well creatine and glutamine do not function the same, but I am pretty sure you already know that.

There is no harm in taking an extra serving of glutamine everyday (it may actually be benificial), though I read some where taking more then 15 grams a day (3 servings) could cause some minor problems. Not sure if it's true or not though, but you can check out the info on Google.

As mentioned, glutamine will not replace creatine. Two totally different substances. Glutamine, though a non essential amino acid, is actually conditionally essential. You can take glutamine as much as you can afford to. 3 prime times are before bed, in the morning on rising and post workout are your optimal times for it.

You do not NEED to replace creatine with anything.
