I am new here in the site and wanted to know if anyone weight trains with the HIT style...if so let me know how it works for ya and maybe what you do for a workout! I do HIT cardio but am not very knowledgeable about the weight training aspect...let me know?....thanks:dumbbell:
hey there buck and welcome to FT. Next time try posting in different forum you will get a lot more responses, if you scroll down you'll see plenty of different forums, you could put this one int he General or biginners forums anything that has to do with exercise. Second some topics like HIIT have been talked about a lot on here so you could scroll to the bottom and do a search in the search fitbuddy on HIIT and you'll get a ton of info on the subject...so it's always good to do a search before posting. Don't foreget to fill out your profile so we can help you a little better. Enjoy the site it's an awesome place with loads of information.
