Ok I want to know how I can cut down the last few pounds Im around 13% body fat im pretty lean everywhere but I don't quite have the 6pack, the question here is how can I modify my diet to help this. I eat about 5 meals a day high protein, low carbs, medium fat. I eat only complex carbohydrates and all before 12 O'clock ...o ya I workout twice a week and do cardio 3-4 times a week around 45 min each time.
what kinda foods u eattin? if u can make a list of the foods plz so..we can help u out and i wanna know why do u workout 2 days a work?? and best thing u can do is do abs 3 days a week like mon,wed,fri too
