Reverse Band Deadlift

Anyone in here try these? You need strong jump stretch bands and you choke them at the top pf a power rack approx. 5 feet. The bands will help you off the floor and as you get to lock out the bands will help less and eventually not at all. I tried these on wednesday but I made a mistake and hooked them up about 2.5 feet and triped my mini bands. They helped barely since the height was so low. Try these to increase you lockout part of the deadlift.

Been there, done that. Great excercise/method. You wouldn't think it, but they feel different from regular band deadlift, which does the same thing at the top of your deadlift. Less of an eccentric action, so you recover faster.

i've thoguht about this, i'll give it a try one day......after my week off.........you could probbaly use it on 3/4 dls and do even more weight :angry:
